Photographing people in industry means observing and recording real moments as they happen. Rather than staged portraits, the focus is on natural actions, expressions and interactions that show personality and feeling. It takes patience and sensitivity, with the photographer staying unobtrusive so the scene remains genuine. The outcome is a truthful visual account of everyday working life, capturing brief moments that would otherwise pass unseen.
